Once an order is placed and confirmed with us, we dispatch the medication(s) within 6 hours.

After the shipping details are confirmed with our team, the order tracking details are shared with the customer by an email. The email also gives you our contact details in case you want to call and track your order manually.

You can have the order shipped to your work address or your residential address as per your personal preferences.

If you want to ensure that the package is delivered in your hands only, then you can opt for the registered airmail services. This option requires you to sign before they hand you over the package.

If the buyer is not available in which the package is delivered by the registered airmail services, then a message is delivered to the buyer with the details of other delivery options.

The buyer can use the contents of the message to collect the package from a nearby post office. The order can be collected until 4 weeks after the message is sent. If you fail to collect the package within 4 weeks, it will be shipped back.


If a package delivered to you is damaged or deformed in any way or if you did not receive the package that was due to you, then you are eligible for a refund. In the cases mentioned above, we also offer the customers the option to reship their orders. It’s completely the customers’ choice. We oblige with their requests.

In case the order has not been received yet, you must wait for it for a minimum of 30 days before applying for the refund.

In case a wrong order has been sent to you or you want to return your order due to some reasons, you will be eligible for a refund if and only if the product you ship back to us sealed as it, unused and unopened and well within the expiration limit.

AllDayawake team takes complete responsibility for reshipping any order which is not delivered to you or if you received a damaged package.

For being eligible for the reshipment, a customer has to inform our team within 8 weeks after the date at which the order had to be delivered.

As soon as a reshipment is requested due to a lost, undelivered or damaged order, we start the process to reship it to you.

It is to be duly noted that any request for reshipment made after 8 weeks of the original delivery date will not be accepted or entertained.

The key Conditions for Requesting a Reshipment:

  1. The exact date at which the product was supposed to be delivered.
  2. The order has been delayed by more than 7 business days (During natural calamities like floods and hurricanes & unforeseen events like terror attacks or war, the time may be extended as per our discretion.)
  3. The buyer reports it within 8 weeks of the original delivery date.

If the above conditions are met for a requested reshipment, we send a reshipment within 7 days after the report is placed.

It should be noted that if the order has been lost because the customer provides us with a wrong or misleading address, then the reshipment will be charged to your account.

Cancellation Policy

Each of us at AllDayawake works to their fullest potential to offer excellent services for over customers all over the world. We ensure that each stage of your purchase process (post-sale or pre-sale) is convenient and helpful for you.

But if so happens that due to some unavoidable reasons orders can get canceled.

Here are a few points which come under AllDayawake’s cancellation policy:

  • If the product or medication ordered by the customer is not in stock, the order gets canceled so that the customer does not have to face any hassle or trouble later.
  • As a customer, you can cancel the order any time you please as long as you provide us with a satisfactory reason.
  • All the orders made using the website are pre-paid. If you fail to go through the payment process, your order will be considered as canceled.
  • If no receipt is generated at the end of the purchase process then the order is viewed as canceled.
  • If any customer has any issues or questions regarding the orders, they are welcome to get in touch with us. We will be happy to clear all your doubts regarding the purchase process.
  • If a customer is unsatisfied with our products and services and they report their displeasure with us, we regard their opinion with the utmost request and even offer a refund if no friendly explication is required.

If due to some unexpected reasons, the product delivered to you is damaged, or if it has not been delivered at all, or if you have received the wrong order or package, we take full accountability for it.

If any of the above-mentioned cases occur, you have to request a refund from us.

If there is a delay in delivering the order within the stipulated time, we notify you beforehand about it. If your order has been delayed and you did not receive any notification what so ever, please contact us with your order details. We will take it from there.
