• We, at alldayawake.com, have the absolute authority to deny customization requests and cancel orders placed on the website as per our rules and regulation without offering any explanation or preceding notice to the customers. If any order canceled by alldayawake.com is a prepaid one, a full refund will be made to the customer’s account within 48 hours after the cancellation.

Shipping Policy / Orders

Each order you place with us incurs a shipping fee which is based on the weight of the medication(s). Please allow us a minimum of 7 to 14 business days to deliver your order. We encourage you to order the medication(s) well before time so that you don’t face any ill consequences if there is an inevitable delay with the order.

Shipping Charges

As we deliver order through various means, our shipping charges vary for each means.  We ship to home addresses, P. O boxes, and even military mail. The shipping policies and rates change from time to time. We request our customers to read the shipping rates and conditions carefully to avoid any miscommunication.

Shipping Address

When you are at the checkout page after placing your order, you are asked to provide your shipping address. In the case of repeat orders, the default shipping address will be the address you offered while placing your very first order. Please make sure to change the default shipping address if you want the medicines delivered to a different address.

Custom Delays

Any delay induced by the Customs Department of your country’s government in delivering your order is not our responsibility. We request you to acknowledge and accept that the delay caused by your country’s customs department is beyond our authority.

Please note that if an order is not delivered within its stipulated time, we request you to wait for an additional 7 days before you demand a reshipment from us.

Custom Charges

We assume that you are aware of the payable custom charges on the medications you import in your country. These charges are to be paid by you and any delay in the delivery caused by your reluctance to pay these customs charges do not come within our area of obligations.

Drug Policy
